I have trained for many years and over this time I have not only learned how to build strength and improve my body composition, but also how exercise and nutrition can have such a positive impact on so many aspects of our lives - confidence, mood, wellbeing, energy levels and so much more.
My degree gave me the opportunity to explore the research, science and psychology of exercise and nutrition. Now I want to share this knowledge and apply it to my clients and as everyone is different and unique, we will work together to find the unique plan that's right for you.
