Having played multiple sports from a young age and enjoying living a healthy and active lifestyle, it was clear that I wanted to become a Personal Trainer in the hope to share my knowledge and passion for overall health and fitness whilst helping clients achieve their fitness goals. I understand that not everyone shares the same love for exercise as I do and therefore, I aim to change that by making training enjoyable whilst working towards your goals.
Since 2017 I have been selected to represent England and Great Britain in the Australian Rules Football team which has taught me how to be a better coach incorporating both sports specific and functional training to achieve your goals.
