I've been into sports and fitness of different sorts for many years, upon stepping into a gym for the first time I was clueless and didn’t know what I was doing. Through plenty of trial and error I've come to understand how to set my goals and then put a plan together to achieve them. My biggest enjoyment in a gym is powerlifting although I’m also a middle/long distance runner. Not a combo you’d really see right?
My aim as a PT is ultimately to help you achieve your goals. It's not an overnight process and takes time, consistency and dedication. I’m here to help you become more knowledgeable and confident in a gym environment as well as outside of the and to give you the tools you need to achieve the goals you set by working with you, changing not only how you look but also your mindset and lifestyle away from the gym.
