Aimé Mukadi

I was born really prematurely (1lb 6oz) and was always sick, asthmatic, unfit and weak. I had a lot of operations as a child that held me back from experiencing life fully, but my body changed throughout the years. I was really skinny when I was young but from 13 years of age I became really unhealthy and fat (89kg) which gave me the motivation to change.

When I turned 16 years old I got into healthy eating, fitness, weight training, rugby (Millwall Rugby Club under 18s), martial arts such as Muay Thai, K1 kickboxing, MMA and boxing. This helped me build my confidence, lose weight, break out of my comfort zone and put me on my journey to become a Personal Trainer to help others change and feel motivated like I did.

I'm on a path to becoming the strongest version of myself, embodying my values of motivation, commitment, vision and direction to constantly improve myself and empower others.

My purpose and role as a Personal Trainer is to expose you to a healthier and happier lifestyle, help you reach your true potential, overcome limiting doubts and replace them with empowering beliefs, and to become the strongest and greatest version of yourself by aligning the body, mind and soul.
