There is nothing more satisfying to see someone I train with a smile on their face because they are seeing results. When training with me it will be a fun experience as well as a serious one, I always believe if you don't enjoy doing something you shouldn't do it.

I have always been in the gym ever since I laced up the boxing gloves age 14 so I know exactly what hard work can lead to. As a youth, I represented England and have won two national titles. Which later on led me to sign with boxing promoter Frank Warren in the professional ranks. Currently 17-0 I have won the English title, Southern Area title and IBF international championship, so I know exactly how to get the body in top form.
