Adele Daniels
My passion for health and fitness started developing after taking up taekwondo. After five years of training and competing in the sport, I earned my black belt and started coaching and teaching at my club. I really enjoy working with people to help them realise how much they can achieve.
I started out working in social care and mental health, and was pursuing a career as a psychologist for around six years. When I found a sport I enjoyed, it gave me goals to work towards and the confidence to be the best and healthiest version of myself.
I want to offer something more than just a regular exercise programme. I want to help you create your own goals, give you the confidence to realise your own potential and create a long term sustainable change to your health and fitness.
One to one and small group sessions are available. Programmes will be tailored to suit you!
