Adam Hunt
Hi all my name is Adam. I’ve been within the fitness industry for nearly 10 years now and enjoyed every second of it. This passion of mine within Personal Training and helping others achieve their goals stems from my own personal experience. I was badly injured when a car ploughed into the side of my vehicle and gave me life changing back problems, I had to come up with different ideas and ways to train to promote my recovery.
I myself have been down this journey and I know how it affects you mentally and physically when you want to achieve your goals to change your lifestyle. I was 19 stone at my heaviest and lost 7 stone and got my body fat down to 8%, ever since then I’ve turned to helping people through Personal Training to help change lifestyles and conquer goals the same way it has for me.
