My path to health and fitness has taken me a long way in life. I used to be overweight, unhealthy and live a sedentary lifestyle until one day I reached a breaking point and decided that enough is enough. Since I first stepped into a gym and was introduced to weight lifting my life has turned around completely and I haven't looked back. As my fitness journey progressed I developed a passion for and trained in a wide variety of disciplines such as gymnastics, martial arts and running. I know from first-hand experience that not only does working out and eating right have incredible effects on you physically, the mental benefits and improved performance in other areas of your life cannot be overstated as well.
As your trainer, my number one priority is to help you crush your goals and provide you with a consistent stream of motivation. By using a broad spectrum of exercises and training methods not only will you look and feel great, your athletic potential will be unlocked too leaving you well equipped to enjoy life to the fullest. Each session I deliver is tailor made to you as an individual using a variety of stimulating exercises that will challenge you and have you improving week to week.
