I have previously worked as a Professional Footballer and have been among the fitness world for a number of world, so I have inside knowledge of how to get yourself into the best shape possible. I believe that training should be fun, simple and enjoyable with a focus on consistent progression. This approach will help you to become physically and mentally stronger inside and outside of the gym.
