A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Fitness and the gym is something I'm truly consumed by and I feel my enthusiasm is infectious.
I first entered a gym around three years ago to start a fitness journey of my own. I was overweight, out of shape, inexperienced but determined to change.
In my time I've hit and continued to hit many stumbling blocks along my way, all of which have helped me gain the necessary experience to help and change others.
As a Personal Trainer, I create a specific programme to suit my client's needs. I like keeping my sessions fun and challenging but also making sure you achieve your goals. There's nothing better than seeing a change in my client's personal appearance.
