Abi Lewis

I train individuals of all abilities. From beginners to athletes wanting that advantage over their competitors. My focus is centred around you achieving your true potential, helping you overcome any obstacles along the way. You may just need an initial boost to get you started on your fitness journey, or you may be looking to begin a lifelong journey of transformation. Either way, I will make it happen.

Having a natural affinity with martial arts, I have practiced karate for 10 years, both traditionally and competitively. I’ve worked my way up from novice to elite level, competing nationally and internationally, gaining numerous medals and titles along the way. This has given me a huge platform of experience to draw from. I know nothing comes easy, but I do know how to unlock your true potential.

There is no better feeling than helping my clients break through their own limits. If you are looking to challenge your own limits and become the best version of yourself then I’m more than happy to help. I believe in developing healthy lifestyle habits that’ll keep you on the right track.
