We have a huge range of kit to suit all fitness levels, needs and abilities. This gym has a large free weights area, functional area, cardio area and studio. Equipped to succeed

Don’t be concerned because we’re a cheap gym we have cut corners. To help you achieve your fitness goals we also have more than 220 top-of-the-range pieces of equipment, so whether you love taking a spin on the exercise bike, stepping onto the treadmill or working all parts of your body on the cross trainer we have all the gear, whatever your fitness levels. We’ve also got pilates and yoga classes for those who prefer to focus on their posture at a slower pace.

Over 50 classes a week

And if you enjoy working in groups, members can choose from more than 50 free classes! Try one of our fab ab classes or join the aerobics party where the music will get those feet turning and those cheeks burning in no time at all. Or how about taking on the multi-functional Pure Fit challenge? Tackle the rig, ladders, trampolines, boxes and ropes either on a solo mission or as part of a group. Either way you’ll be getting fit while having fun!

Large free weights and functional area

We have a spacious free weights area with dumbbells up to 50KGs and 2 Olympic lifting platforms. Our functional area includes a great pieces of kit including a rig, prowler track and a sled. We also run classes in the functional area to help take your fitness up a level.

We now have additional amenities available from just £4 extra per month to help support your fitness goal and improve your wellbeing. Enjoy daily access to a hydro sports massage to help you relax, relieve muscular tension and reduce recovery time. Or stay hydrated using our sports water station - available in 6 fruity flavours with added essential vitamins, so you can perform better in your workouts, and in turn, reap better results from your workouts. Top your membership with Sports Water, and you can enjoy 500ml of sports water in the flavour of your choice every time you visit the gym. Adding these extras to your membership is quick and simple. Track your progress

To help track your progress in the gym, we have installed a BodyTrack machine which is trusted by the NHS, leading universities and elite sports teams in the Premier and F1 racing. The BodyTrack machine can provide 20 metrics in 30 seconds, like your BMI and fat percentage, so it’s a quick and easy way to monitor your health and fitness levels. For all members, it costs just £2 per scan via contactless payment or add this as a bolt on to your membership for an extra £2 a month– you first scan is FREE.
