Contract-free membership
Some gyms tie you down to long-term contracts which you continue to pay for even if your circumstances change. That’s not our style at PureGym. We don’t have contracts, just a monthly membership which you are free to cancel at any time without a penalty.

If you love cross trainers, treadmills, steppers and rowers we have them in spades, as well as the latest spin cycles which come with computerised monitors to check on your progress. We’ve also got a huge free weights area and plenty of fixed-resistance and plate-loaded gear to improve your strength and conditioning.

It really packs a punch! If you’re looking for something slower, try stretch which lengthens those muscles susceptible to injury. When it comes to group work-outs we are top of the class!

Our postcode is CF23 8NL and you can park in the onsite car park for up to 4 hours. If you're coming by bus, the nearest bus stop is just a minute's walk away, outside the retail park on Heol Pontprennau and we're a five-minute drive or 25-minute walk away from Llanishen train station.
