Over 220 pieces of equipment

We may be a cheap gym but that doesn’t mean we’ll sell you short because we have more than 220 state-of-the-art pieces of equipment to get your body moving in the right direction. Step on to our cross trainers or treadmills and get a classic cardio work-out or take a spin on one of our brilliant computerised cycles which monitor your progress as you work your way through different terrains and speeds. We’ve also got a free weights area for those of you looking to bulk up.

Over 70 free group exercises

And if you like to exercise in groups choose from more than 50 free classes we have every week. If you want your work-outs to come in high-energy bursts then check out our circuit sessions or let the music take you over in our fun-packed Les Mills Sh’bam. Whether you want to tone up, gain muscle, lose weight, strengthen a particular area of the body or get back on the road after an injury there is a class here to suit your needs and speed.

Join online today

Join online and you are just a booking away from a free induction in which a qualified instructor will show you how the equipment works and give you tips on the gear that fits you best. You will also benefit from special offers and discounts in the members’ area of the website. But, if you think you’ll need a second look, book a day pass online and see for yourself what we have to offer.
