Whether you're looking to tone up, train for an event, or improve your general fitness, we have you covered. We currently have three gyms in Portsmouth - one on Commercial Road one in Portsmouth North Harbour and one in Fareham. All the gyms are open 24/7 so you can work out whenever suits you.  Although our gyms are cheap, they are all equipped with high quality kit, from cardio machines to free weights and fixed resistance machines to help you smash your goals. Plus, we have over 250 free fitness classes every week to choose from so you'll be spoilt for choice.

We offer a number of different membership options to suit everybody. From day passes to no contract monthly memberships, and more! All our memberships are contract free which means you’re free to leave at any point - although we're sure you'll want to stay! Tempted?
